Write three self-love goals you are adopting every day to grow in the field of mind, body and soul. Tick every day in your daily planner once you have completed your goal. For example, if I decide to meditate every day for 5 minutes, I will write this as my self-love goal in the planner and tick it every day after I have completed meditation.
